Dehumidifiers in India

While searching for solution to mold at home, I came across a range of dehumidifiers. As per online reviews (Amazon, YouTube, Reddit), there are two good dehumidifier companies in India. 

1. PowerPye electronics 

2. Origin Corp / Also known as Clamatronics 

Both of them claim to make the best dehumidifiers in India, supply to food packaging, hotel industries etc. etc. They both are in the business since more than 20 years. I like to read stories of Indian manufacturers ("about us" section on their website) so I was feeling good that Indian companies are good at making these machines. 

Below two are their compact dehumidifier models (for home usage).

1. 

POWER PYE ELECTRONICS ABS 3 In 1 Dehumidifier, (12 L/Day, White)

 

2. Origin O12 model 

I looked at the job openings at these companies, their LinkedIn profiles, I couldn't find any R&D centers or highly qualified engineers/researchers working for them. So I was amused. How are they making these machines with less than 10 employees on linkedin?

To my astonishment, I found the answer when I read the PDF manuals of these machines.

Note the Chinese script characters and product codename in PDF title.

DeYe is the original manufacturer of both PowerPye and Origin compact/home dehumidifiers. In this context, it was quite funny that these Indian companies are competitors of each other, while selling products from the same manufacturer.

If your order quantity is large, you can get your logo stamped on these machines. Which is what Powerpye and Origin Corp do!

What I am not clear about is how do these Indian "suppliers" offer service and fix the machines (when any fault is detected).
